Aaron Ninness
Aaron Ninness is the founder of Site Select Properties and has a core commitment to customer service at the highest level. He started in the mortgage business when he was 16 working with his father. From working in various operational roles up to as recent as VP- Mountain and South, his roots are in lending as a Producing Branch Manager and Field Sales Manager where he has helped branches across the nation grow and hit their goals. Aaron has completed thousands of loans and has earned one of the “Top 100 Lenders In The Nation” status. That same level of service and commitment is what to expect when you are working with Site Select Properties on the sale of your property. Aaron resides with his wife and 2 children in Ken Caryl, Colorado and spends his time fly fishing, hunting, and mountain biking.
Brandon Gill
Brandon Gill is the Chief Executive Officer for Site Select Properties and oversees operations and the vision from acquisitions, project management, to disposition. Brandon has been a trailblazer in the real estate industry for over 15 years with $80MM+ in closed transactions across single, multi-family, and land assets. Over the years, Brandon has evolved into a skilled operator in property rehabs, rental portfolio’s and horizontal land development. With more than 300 successful transaction under his belt, he’s built a reputation for finding win-win solutions- no matter the challenge or circumstance. Brandon has 3 children and lives Lone Tree, Colorado. He spends most of his free time with family and enjoying the outdoors in the Rocky Mountains. As an avid trail runner he has completed dozens of marathons and ultra-marathons with his biggest accomplishment being a 200 mile foot race in the Cascade Mountains.
